New: 2022 Regional Needs Assessment

The Prevention Resource Center 6 2022 Regional Needs Assessment provides information for evidence-based decision-making about youth substance abuse prevention. It was created for the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC), regional community partners, and all who strive to reduce underage drinking and drug use in our region.

The RNA offers data useful to youth substance abuse prevention planning, such as:

• • Youth demographics of our region’s 13 counties
  • Risk and Protective Factors
  • Current Use among Teens
  • Consequences
